Now, you’ve gotta find something that fits your mood. If cinema is your thing and you love webseries - brace yourselves for GANGSTARS - the first ever Telugu webseries on Amazon Prime Video.

The crime comedy is led by Jagapathi Babu, who plays a gangster diagnosed with cancer. Swetha Basu Prasad plays an actress while Navdeep plays the role of a star actor. The series also stars Sidhu Jonnalagadda as a struggling filmmaker and Apoorva Arora, a wannabe film producer. The series has been produced by Silly Monks Entertainment and Early Monsoon Tales, the web division of Mahanti producer Vyjayanthi Movies. The theme of Gangstars is - 'An unforeseen incident intertwines the lives of a notorious don, two film buffs, and two movie stars.'

Spanning 12 episodes, the webseries is directed by Ajay Bhuyan, while writer-director Nandini Reddy took the role of the creative head. She is said to have written the story and screenplay for Gangstars. The webseries will also be dubbed in Tamil and Hindi. The also includes an ensemble cast of Posani Krishna Murali, Krishna Bhagawan, Rahul Ramakrishna, Thogubothu Ramesh among others. The series, called a “fast-paced thriller” with “overtones of comedy” featuring “upbeat music”, revolves around a disparate group of characters who are brought together by an unforeseen chain of events.
