No, we aren't talking about our famed cricketers. We are talking about two famed bulls that are worth crores of rupees. On occasion of Sadar festival, our city had the opportunity of hosting these two big bulls Yuvraj and Virat. Yuvraj was worth Rs 7 crore last year, which has gone up to Rs 11 crore now. Virat is currently worth Rs 9 crore. Yuvraj weighs about 1,600 kg and is about 6.5 feet tall, while Virat is about 100 kg heavier and is 7 feet tall.

Sadar is a buffalo carnival celebrated annually by the Yadav community of Hyderabad, Telangana, India as a part of Diwali. It is also known as Dunnapothula Panduga and it occurs on the second day after Diwali.

These are not your usual bulls. Yuvraj and Virat are prized bulls with highly potent sperm that is exported for cattle breeding all over the world. Yuvraj eats several kilos of badam pista or cashew nuts when it is hungry. It drinks only mineral water. It guzzles two cartons of beer at night during summer. In winter, it gulps down two full bottles of Black Dog whiskey.

The bulls have been exhibited across the country and abroad too. Virat is famous in European countries and there is a huge demand for its sperm. Its owner earns about Rs 70 lakh per year from selling its sperm. Each bull has six caretakers who massage them with a variety of oils twice a day.
