To deal with the ever-increasing "unemployment problem" Talent Management International (TMI) company of Hyderabad has started a new way to bring employment opportunities to your doorstep. This innovative idea of collaborating with other corporate companies and then making it feasible to reach the unemployed youth is something new as well as very unique.
There will be a vehicle in which a job seeker can enrol his name and other credentials, later these details will be forwarded to the specific company. Then he or she will receive a call from the company itself. The vehicle which goes by the name ‘Job Connect’ or ‘Udyoga Ratham’ is currently organised in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada. People who have completed their intermediate or graduation can enrol in this. You can even download the app near the vehicle to know more about the job descriptions. People who are expecting to get into State and Central government jobs can get the necessary details of jobs and notifications here inside the vehicle.
TMI started this project as part of their corporate social responsibility service. A few months back the representatives from TMI went to meet Mahendar Reddy, Police commissioner of Hyderabad to and explained their idea. They gave approval for them to organise this project in their boundaries. After this approval, this project gave jobs to many people till now. Till now 22 thousand people from Vijayawada, 5 thousand from Hyderabad, and 5 thousand from Vizag enrolled in Job Connect. Among them, 40% of them succeeded in bagging jobs of their choice. They are planning to extend their services to Tirupati in the coming months.
