We humans seem to care very less about nature. All we do is water a plant very very rarely. Sometimes i feel like nature also feels a little bad about us and gives us tough times through scorching summer, and freezing winters. But no matter what we can't just live without nature around us, right? That's the level of bonding we have with nature. And the moment we think of nature the smallest and first thing that strikes our mind is a plant. There was a time when only plants and trees used to be on planet earth, but no humans. We came to earth after them and we don't bat an eye for plants. So a couple in Hyderabad noticed this problem and came up with an unique way of plantation.
Amar and Divyanjali are the couple we are talking about. They both loved each other and got married. Both studied MBA and completed NLP masters and are working as HR's in corporate companies since years. They realized that they are getting paid enough but there's no job satisfaction. Their hearts were wanting something big, something different from the herd. They wanted to contribute their part in someway to the society. They were sure that they wanted to start up a company. Then came into the picture another important person in this story, Sushma, an MSc Environment Biotechnology graduate. She is extremely talented in beautifully designing, arranging plantations. It's like, when you see her present a plant, it feels like nobody does it better than her. Also she has years of experience in this kind of work. So all 3 of them got together and ambitiously started "Plan A Plant" (9348690690). And started selling 'Plant Ganesh'.
What Is 'Plant Ganesh':
In our society, people generally have this belief of 'How big our statue (idol) looks, that better and that religious we are'. And because of this belief, a lot of people tend to buy huge sized Ganesh idols. Keeping this in mind 'Plan A Plant' came up with a brilliant idea which is, making the Ganesh idol with verma compost and Coco nara. Why? Because, then you don't have to make a plan to take the idol and immerse it anywhere outside. You can just pour some water on idol (right where it is i.e: in your house) it will just melt. And there's more, after a few days, seeds will come out of it, and eventually a small plant starts growing right in our house.
Apparently, this idea became so popular that, they sold more than 15,000 such idols not just across Telugu states, but also across whole India. They are now handling thousands of phone calls everyday. And the delivery boys are working more than 15 hours a day, just delivering the idols.
