Maverick director SS Rajamouli, as we all know, is a huge admirer of Malayalam Superstar Mohan Lal. He had expressed his desire to work with Lal on several occasions. However, what many people may not know is that such a movie was on the cards way back in 2002.
Manu Jagadh, who is working in the art department for Baahubali, released a few sketches that were made by him and Sabu Cyril for this unnamed flick. Right after Student No. 1, Rajamouli was looking to start this exciting project that would star Mohan Lal in the role of a warrior. However, this project never managed to take-off as pulling off such a big budget film in those days was very difficult.
