People often say that 'First success is luck'. The very next (second) is what truly determines if you're actually talented or not. So in a way, 'Second Films' are always crucial, and people look forward to them. So here are a few already released and upcoming 'Second films' of Tollywood. The list is limited to New-Age directors, since it is difficult to list down ALL the directors. 1. Srimanthudu: If there's a reason why Koratala Siva is as famous and successful as he is now. It's that his second film is a huge hit. And he is super talented.

2. Mahanati: This movie came from a man (Nag Ashwin) who directed 'Yevade subramanyam', A kind of film that nobody expected in Tollywood. Mahanati sure is a film that we'll always be proud of.

3. Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi: Tharun Bhascker is the coolest filmmaker. As said in an interview, he could've easily played a safe game, by again making the same kind of film as Pelli Choopulu. But no, he chose to tell the story he wanted to tell.

So the list from here on, is about some of the exciting upcoming '2nd films' of new-age directors. 4. Saaho: Sujeeth, The man who directed only one feature film (Run Raja Run). All eyes are on Saaho. He's the perfect example of 'Dream Big.'

5. Untitled 'Space Film': Directed by Sankalp Reddy, Starring Varun Tej and Aditi Rao Hydari in the leads.'The Ghazi Attack' itself is a great achievement for Indian cinema for being the first effective 'Navy' movie from India. Now we can't wait to watch this 'space' movie.

6. Ravikanth Perepu Untitled: The director of 'Kshanam' is coming back strong this time again with a whole new cast. And from what's available on the internet, it's completely different genre from 'Kshanam'.

7. Sandeep Reddy Vanga Bollywood Entry: After Game-changer 'Arjun Reddy', all eyes are on what Sandeep Reddy vanga is making next. But Sandeep chose to remake his own epic in Hindi starring Shahid Kapoor. Since he himself is directing it, definitely looking forward to this remake.

8. Venky Atluri - Akhil Untitled: After the new-age feel good love story Tholi Prema (2018). Venky Atluri made his mark in Tollywood. And his second film stars Akkineni Akhil.

9. Shiva Nirvana - ChaySam Untitled: The most awaited pair coming back for a movie after their wedding. We're super curious about the story and how Shiva convinced the couple.

10. Special Mention - Adivi Sesh: Though he isn't a 'director'. And Goodachari isn't his 'second' film. 'Kshanam' was the first film which brought out the version 2.0 in him both as a writer and actor. Considering that, Goodachari is a film to look forward to.
