1) Catari Kanakaiya Nayudu: Catari Kanakaiya Nayudu also known as 'CK', was the first captain of the Indian cricket team in Test matches. He played 7 tests for India between 1932-1936.

His knock of 281 against Australia in Eden Gardens in 2001 has been rated as the greatest Test performance of the last 50 years. Laxman is noted most for his batting against Australia, in both Tests and One Day Internationals. Six out of his 17 Test hundreds, and four out of his six ODI hundreds have come against Australia.

14) Shivlal Yadav : A former Indian test cricketer from Hyderabad, Yadav played 35 Tests and 7 ODIs between 1979-1987. He formed the Spin Trio that took up the reins of the Indian Bowling attack after the old Spin Quartet retired.
