The Ministry Of Human Resources Development just released a list of the top educational institutions in India. The rankings have been given based on the framework set the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF). The NIRF has a methodology to rate institutes of higher education based on several parameters like area of operation, courses offered, resources, research and stakeholder perception.
