Schools teach us a lot of things. Things sometimes we wouldn't use/ need in real life too. And Indian schools are a bit way too good in teaching us these things. Here's a list of things we were taught/ did in school but never used in real life.
P.S: Please take it on a lighter note. And realize that 'most' people we see around us aren't practically using these things in real life.
1. Memorising all the rivers, places, cities, latitudes, longitudes, equator on Map Pointing. And locate them... by hand.

2. The entire 'Trignometry' chapter. Maths lo entha pedha legend ki ina ee chapter ante Rendu Gaajulu ammukovalsi ochedhi. Ika if you were the kid who hated math in school, I feel you, buddy.

3. By Hearting (literally bhatti patting) all the important historical dates from that Banda 'History book'. 'Cheppandi, When did Salt Satyagraha Happen?'

4. Forcefully learning 'Cursive handwriting' even though you were comfortable with the 'Normal handwriting'.

5. This 'Log Table' was literally a Peedakala to memorise.

6. Making these Thermocoal volcanos (which won't work) and putting them up in every science fair project ever.

7. Realizing the fact that you have to memorise the entire 'Periodic Table', when in real life life you can't even remember the entire '13 Table' completely.

8. Writing big-big 'Lab Records' that were bigger than puraanalu and realizing that teachers wouldn't even read it till the end.

9. This epic Protractor and Divider in Geometry box, which we till date have no idea how to use.

10. Standing for hours and hours in school grounds under scorching sun, listening to Principals speech in assembly, where at least 3 students will end up fainting.

11. Not letting Boys & Girls talk to each other. If the school management catches us talking, they used to 'Punish' us. No wonder still some boys react like they've seen an alien when they see a girl talking to them.

What were the crazy things you learned in school, which you never used in real life as adult?
