So I know it sounds ridiculous for a lot of people to be going out for a meal and ordering vegetarian. But trust me there is a lot to it too! Now I’m not talking about the obvious choices, that our parents are extremely and illogically loyal to but the others that emerged! Those times at home when you are restricted from eating non-veg or the times when you’re feeling adventurous, or for those who are well… vegetarians; here’s a little list of the best places to have a vegetarian meal at its best. Yes, I’ve been to all these places and hogged like there’s no tomorrow!

Why: If you pick lunch, then there will be every kind of Indian delicacy that you would enjoy. And if its dinner, don’t forget to order Potli Biryani, it comes straight from heaven.

Why: One of the very few vegetarian restaurants that serve continental. Go for the buffet, don’t miss the live Pasta counter.

Where: White House, Begumpet.
Why: You can pick from Rajasthani Thali or possibly the largest Veg buffet in town. The service makes you feel like you’re at home.

Why: To eat in style; also because the button idlies on the buffet laden with ghee are to die for.
